The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.01.30 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-4281-2025 (O&M) -2CWP-6504-2025, whereby respondent was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 17.02.2025 filed by the petitioner. 2.

In compliance of the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-6504-2025, compliance affidavit by way of an affidavit dated 27.01.2026 of S. Lakhvir Singh, Assistant Secretary (Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee), along with compliance report (Annexures R-1) and a speaking order (Annexure R-2), has been filed on behalf of the respondent in the Registry. The same is taken on record. 3.

In view of the above, since order dated 18.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-6504-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
