The petitioners through the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to allot free paddy in terms of Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition qua petitioner No. 7 with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No. 7 with liberty as aforesaid.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by judgment of this Court passed in CWP No. 20632 of 2023 on 10.10.2023 titled as "M/s Master Foods. vs. State of Punjab and others".
