AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) By means of instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for appointment of a Warrant Officer to search for the detenue namely Gurvinder Singh @ Prinkle at the premises of respondent No.4 or any other place to be pointed out by the petitioner and get her released from the illegal custody of respondent No.4.

Case has been called twice since morning. Though on the first call, the matter was passed over, however, on second call as well, no one has turned up for the petitioner. It seems that the purpose of filing the petition has since been achieved and petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing it any further. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
