Prayer is for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.201 dated 12.09.2023, under Section 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station City Moga.

Vide order dated 12.10.2023, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Charanjit Kaur states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.
