Learned State counsel on instructions from DSP Ashwani Kumar, Vigilance Bureau, Unit, Jalandhar submits that the petitioner has been found to be innocent, however, the matter is pending approval with the Secretary, Vigilance Department and shall be decided within a period of one month, in view of which, his learned counsel does not press the petition at this stage and seeks liberty to revive it, in case, need arises.
