(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.274 dated 16.09.2022 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of Indian Penal code, 1860 at Police Station Saha, District Ambala qua the petitioners along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
