The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25031-2022, whereby the following order was passed:- "1.
The present petition was ordered to be listed after decision of LPA-1843-2019, which has been decided vide judgment dated 09.04.2025, in view of which, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the same to submit a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection.

Dismissed as withdrawn. In case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within a period of 2 months thereafter, in accordance with law."

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that State of Haryana has preferred Special Leave to Petition (C) No.46242 of 2025 VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.03.12 10:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP-4265-2025 (O&M) -2against the judgment dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court in LPA-18432019 before Hon'ble the Supreme Court, wherein order of status qua has been passed, vide order dated 16.09.2025.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to her, after the decision of aforesaid Special Leave to Petition.
