(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing official respondents to produce detenue Komal, wife of the petitioner, who is alleged to be in illegal custody of respondents No. 4 and 5. Inspector Surinder Kumar, SHO, P.S. Sector-49, Chandigarh is present in Court and in compliance of the order dated 30.10.2019, he has filed his affidavit. As per the affidavit, statement of Komal, who is present in Court, was recorded, as per which she has been residing with her parents with her own will. This factor has been brought to the notice of the petitioner, who is also present in Court.

In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken. The petition is disposed of.
