**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 1049 dated 4.11.2018 under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was taken into custody on 4.11.2018 and was released on interim bail awaiting FSL report vide order dated 20.2.2019 passed by this Court. Thereafter the petitioner surrendered on 19.4.2019 and since then he is in custody. He further submits that in the present FIR, 51 kilograms of poppy husk in two bags was allegedly recovered from the petitioner and his co-accused. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Arun Kumar, submits that two more cases are pending against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is on bail in those two cases.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
