VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) By way of filing this petition, petitioner seeks for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to decide legal notice dated 29.09.2019 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly concedes that the decision on the legal notice has not been taken so far and assures that appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of four months after granting opportunity of hearing to the affected party. Aforesaid statement is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the wake of undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondents, present petition is disposed of, without commenting upon the merits of the case, directing respondent No.1-Addl. Chief Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Haryana to take decision on the legal notice dated 29.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner after granting an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties within a period of four months.

Let the petitioner appear before respondent No.1- Addl. Chief Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Haryana on 25.09.2023 whereupon further proceedings shall be taken in terms of assurance given by learned State counsel in Court today. Disposed of.
