(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.143 dated 03.05.2019 under Sections 363, 365, 323, 342, 506 IPC and Section 354 IPC (added later on) registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. Learned counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from Head Constable Rahul Kumar would submit that the petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner stands convicted by Additional Sessions Judge, Mohali on 16.12.2019.

In view of the above, no orders are called for and the instant petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
