(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for setting aside the order dated 16.08.2019, vide which bail bonds of the petitioner were forfeited and nonbailable warrants were issued in FIR No.31 dated 25.02.2016 under Section 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Mehtiana, District Hoshiarpur. Learned State counsel submits that in terms of the order dated 02.11.2019, the petitioner appeared before the trial Court and he was released on interim bail.

The order dated 02.11.2019, granting interim bail was granted to the petitioner, is hereby made absolute and the order dated 16.08.2019, vide which bail bonds of the petitioner were forfeited and non-bailable warrants were issued, is set aside.
