SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant first petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.93 dated 23.03.2022 under Sections 120-B,148,149,302,307,427,452,506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act (Section 201 and 212 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Sadar Palwal, District Palwal.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Prayer is accepted.
