This petition has been filed challenging certain provisions of Rules and Regulations Governing B.V.Sc. & A.H. Admissions, aggrieved by the fact that the said provisions enable relaxation of standards and merit which is deleterious to the maintenance of good quality education in veterinary science.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been filed by father of Kamna Rani, who had applied for admission to the said course and who has since been admitted on 30.09.2024, in the said course in RPS College of Veterinary Sciences, Mahendergarh. CWP-25334- 2024 -23. Petitioner does not have any personal grievance. The petitioner has not sought any prayer for admission to any particular course in veterinary science. Therefore, in the absence of any personal grievance as also any prayer for claiming relief of admission, the petitioner, who has also not applied for admission to the said course, has no locus to assail the said provisions.

The petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
