**** Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present application is also covered by the decision dated 23.05.2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in a bunch of 30 cases with the lead case bearing CWP No.2088 of 2009 titled 'Pepsu Road Transport Corporation vs. The State Transport Appellate Tribunal and others'.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that SLP(C) CC No.8899 of 2013 has also been dismissed thereby upholding the order dated 20.12.2012 passed in CWP No.15786 of 1999.

In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, the present review application is allowed in terms of order dated 23.05.2022 passed in a bunch of 30 cases with the lead case bearing CWP No.2088 of 2009 titled 'Pepsu Road Transport Corporation vs. The State Transport Appellate Tribunal and others'. The order dated 18.05.2012 passed in the main case is recalled, thereby restoring the writ petition to its original number. CWP-12924-2011 List on 13.10.2022.
