******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking writ in the nature of habeas corpus for release of detenues as mentioned in para no.3 of the petition who are stated to be labourer at brick kiln of respondent no.4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that representation was made to District Magistrate, Ludhiana on 29.10.2019. Petitioner before approaching this court may pursue remedy available as per provisions of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to first avail the remedy as provided under the above Act with liberty to file fresh petition if need so arise.
