MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate action against the private respondents, who have been extending threats of dire consequences to her and her family in case she did not establish sexual relations with them. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to a representation dated 22.09.2023 (Annexure P-4), which has been made to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if respondent No.2 is directed to look into her representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest against the private respondent.
