Heard petitioner/applicant in person.

It still cannot be disputed that the activities of the respondent-Haryana State Minor Irrigation and Tubewells Corporation Limited stand closed w.e.f. 30.7.2002 and the proceedings regarding winding up are pending. It is also apparent from the order dated 20.8.2014 that both the claims of the petitioner in the two separate writ petitions were also noticed to be devoid of any merit for the reasons stated therein and therefore, merely inadvertently it was noticed that the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.02.02 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

RA 598/2014 in CWP 19322 of 2003 and RA 603/2014 in CWP 18720/1995 103 & 105 respondent Corporation stood wound up, would not provide any ground for the petitioner to seek re-hearing on merits. In view of the above, both the aforesaid Review Applications stand dismissed.
