(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.96 dated 22.11.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 452, 354, 323, 324 IPC, registered at Police Station Qadian, District Batala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 15.9.2023 (Annexure P-2). Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the copy of order dated 08.1.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Batala, whereby the petitioner has been acquitted in the present FIR and therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
