The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.0174 dated 14.08.2019 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mahila Thana, Panipat.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the cancellation report in the present case has since been accepted by the Illaqa Magistrate and in view thereof the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
