  HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for quashing of entry so made at serial No.133 of list of absconders of District Ludhiana (Rural) wherein petitioner is shown to be declared as absconder on 13.07.1981 on the basis of case FIR No.65 dated 06.04.1980 registered under Sections 324 of 326 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Dakha, Police District Ludhiana (Rural), Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.





 The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
