The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.310 dated 04.06.2022 (wrongly mentioned as 03.06.2022 in Annexure P-3) under Sections 498, 304-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 34 IPC deleted later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh.

After arguing for some time, when the Court put a query to the State counsel as well as the counsel for the petitioner regarding the copy of the postmortem report, both the counsel expressed their inability to hand over a copy of the postmortem report to the Court.
