(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant all the annual increments and all other benefits of continuity of service to the petitioner by taking into consideration the period with effect from 06.06.1986. Notice of motion.
On asking of Court, Mr. Harish Nain, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.
Mr. Puru Jarewal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 06.12.2017 (Annexure P-6) in terms of judgment dated 18.02.2016 (Annexure P-3) within some specified time. CWP No.32065 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 06.12.2017 (Annexure P-6) in terms of judgment dated 18.02.2016 (Annexure P-3 by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
