By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioners herein are seeking quashing of FIR No.148, dated 15.07.2025, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1). 2.

Court is apprised that after filing of present petition, other offences, i.e., Sections 260, 465, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC, have also been instituted, and no plea in regard to the same is incorporated in the body of present petition.
