JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Petitioner-wife has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 24 CPC, seeking transfer of the petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the respondenthusband to any competent Court at Kurukshetra. At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner craves the leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition pointing out that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
