(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.143 dated 13.07.2022 registered under Sections 323, 379-B, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Fazilka District Fazilka. On the last date of hearing detailed order was passed and petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation with the police.

( 2 ) CRM-M-54504-2022 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh apprised the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation with police and further submits that the petitioner is not required any more by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 30.11.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
