**** Karamjit Singh, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail in a criminal case having FIR No.276 dated 22.12.2023 under Section 13(3) and 13(1) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 (Section 8/13(3) mentioned in impugned order Annexure P-2) registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh. 2.

On the last date of hearing, the interim order was passed by this Court whereby petitioner was directed to join investigation with the police.

Today, the State counsel, on instructions from HC Sandeep, brought to the notice of this Court that by virtue of aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation with the police and is not required for the purpose of further investigation or custodial interrogation.
