Present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging violation of order dated 27.05.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-12666-2024 titled as "Santosh & Others Vs. Mission Director-National Health Mission, Haryana & Others" (Annexure P1); whereby the respondents were directed to pass a speaking order in respect of the case of the petitioners within a period of three months. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the said order dated 27.05.2024 as also order dated 21.04.2025, whereby the State Counsel was directed to get instructions "...with respect to grant of alternate relief of minimum pay scales to the petitioners..", an order dated 07.05.2025 has been passed by Mission Director, National Health Mission, Haryana; wherein it is mentioned that "pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 with

Grade Pay of Rs.1900 has been given to Senior Treatment Supervisor". A copy of said order dated 07.05.2025 has been handed over in the Court which is taken on record; and a copy of the same is given to the counsel opposite, who has raised no objection.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition, the same is disposed of accordingly. 4.

Rule stands discharged.
