AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of petitioner to regularize the services of petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.2011 as per Government instructions dated 27.02.2004 and 28.05.2019 (Annexures P-1 and P-2).

Notice of motion.

On asking of Court, Mr. Harish Nain, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr. R.S.Sangwan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the advance notice dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in terms of instructions dated SAVITA KADIAN 2019.11.13 09:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the advance notice dated 15.07.2019 (Annexure P-7) in terms of instructions dated 27.02.2004 and 28.05.2019 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, advance notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
