Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization, Faridabad, whereby the license granted to petitioner No.1-Firm (valid till 2033) to run the petrol pump has been suspended.

1.1 A further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 - Chief Controller of Explosives, Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization, Nagpur, to decide the statutory appeal (Annexure P-19), preferred by the petitioners, challenging the aforesaid order dated 30.08.2024 (Annexure P-15), in a time bound manner. 2.

A perusal of the order sheets reveals that on 28.11.2024, this Court had stayed the operation and effect of the impugned order dated 30.08.2024 (Annexure P-15) till the next date of hearing, which interim protection has continued till date.
