(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondents to reimburse the Children Education Allowance in respect of two children of the petitioner from April, 2015 to March, 2019 i.e. April 2015 to 08.07.2016 @`500/- per month as per letter dated 18.06.2009 (Annexure P-2) and from 19.07.2016 till March, 2019 @`750/- per month (or `9000/- per annum) under the provisions of Rule 25(A) (1) of Haryana Civil Services (Allowances to Government Employees) Rules, 2016. As per averments in writ petition, petitioner has already made representations dated 06.09.2018 and 18.04.2019 (Annexure P-7 & P-8 respectively) to respondents but no action has been taken so far.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondents to consider the representations dated 06.09.2018 and 18.04.2019 (Annexure P-7 & P-8 respectively) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondents shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.11.

CWP No.31851 of 2019 (O&M) -2condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
