CRM No.1221 of 2021 :

This is an application for withdrawal of the main petition on the ground that the parties have since entered into a compromise. However, the compromise has not yet been reduced into writing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the main petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the basis of a compromise between the parties, which would be reduced into writing.

CRM is accordingly allowed and main case is taken on board today itself.
