The case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.0230 dated 21.09.2019 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.

Vide order dated 09.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted ad-interim anticipatory bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 09.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Kheta Ram, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
