At the asking of the Court, learned State counsel and learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2-Bureau accept the notice and they submit that they have no objection in allowing the instant application.

CRM-M No. 46943 of 2019 (O&M) -2Keeping in view the above-said fact as well as the reasons as mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and Annexures A-1 and A-2 are taken on the record.

CRM-M No.46943 of 2019 Learned counsel for respondent No.2-Bureau seeks an adjournment for filing the status-report, while submitting that though the same is ready but it is yet to be submitted with the Registry. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition but he prays that the trial Court be directed to decide the case pending before it, within some specific time frame.

Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2-Bureau have no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn.
