(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for quashing the FIR No.217 dated 29.10.2022 registered under Sections 34, 354, 497, 506, 509 IPC (Section 497 IPC deleted later on) at Police Station Panjokhra, District Ambala (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas as have been raised in the present petition before the learned trial Court at the time of framing of charges.
