*** Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has instructed him to make a statement that he has no objection if the application is accepted and divorce petition in question is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Faridkot.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The petition titled 'Pardeep Singh versus Kamaljit Kaur' is ordered to be withdrawn from the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana and transferred to Family Court at Faridkot for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 5.8.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana as well as to the Family Court at Faridkot for information and necessary compliance.
