Ms. Nupur Choudhary, Advocate for Mr. Hitesh Malik, Advocate for the respondent. *** Learned counsel for the applicant states that as per his instructions the divorce petition filed by respondent-husband Naresh Gulia has been finally disposed of by the trial Court, therefore, the present application seeking transfer of the divorce petition from the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Jind to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hisar has become infructuous and he be permitted to withdraw the same.

Permission is granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, as per request of learned counsel for the applicant the applicant may file fresh application in case proceedings before the trial Court are restored.
