Accordingly, the application is accepted and petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act titled 'Sonu Kumar Vs. Sunita' pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Talwandi Sabi, District Bathinda is withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the Family Court at Ludhiana for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 15.3.2019.
