Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.82 dated 19.08.2019 under Sections 498-A, 376(2)(n), 377 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Rohtak, District Rohtak.

It being a dispute between husband and wife, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, vide order ASHWANI KUMAR 2019.12.12 18:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-46824 of 2019 -2dated 07.11.2019. Pursuant thereto, report dated 05.12.2019 has been received from the mediator. As per the report, the parties have amicably settled their dispute by way of settlement/agreement dated 05.12.2019, which is attached herewith.

In view of the settlement/agreement dated 05.12.2019, since the matter has been compromised between the parties, the present petition is allowed. and the petitioner is admitted on regular bail, subject to furnishing of bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
