RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of impugned order dated 22.04.2022, passed by learned JMIC, Chandigarh vide which application filed by the complainant under Section 143-A of Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 has been allowed. It is further prayed to quash the impugned judgment and order dated 18.08.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, dismissing the criminal revision filed by the petitioner against order dated 22.04.2022. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
