Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that possession of the demised premises has since been handed over to the respondent-landlord. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant states that belongings of the petitioner-tenant are still lying in the demised premises and that requisite application has been moved for release of same. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord has pointed out that a list of articles was prepared by the Bailiff and the respondent would have no objection if the said articles are released to the petitioner-tenant. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, present revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the Executing Court to decide the application filed by the petitioner-tenant as expeditiously as possible. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
