Accordingly, the application is accepted. The divorce petition titled as 'Vaneet Mahajan vs. Renu Mahajan' pending in the Family Court of Additional District Judge, Amritsar, is withdrawn from that Court and transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Panchkula, for disposal in accordance with law.
