The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.130, dated 29.7.2024 at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana, under Sections 110, 117(2), 190, 191, 351 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned State counsel has informed that Section 110 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) already stands deleted.

The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The instant petition, as such, is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
