Dated Police Station Sections 01.08.2024 Hariana, District Hoshiarpur 406, 420, 120-B IPC The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS 2023. 2.

In response to the objection taken by complainant's counsel on 16.01.2025 that petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person and he has concealed this fact, petitioner's counsel submits that the same was not intentional but due to mis-communication. Therefore, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh bail petition in accordance with law.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that filing and disposal of the present petition shall not come in petitioner's way while filing the fresh petition. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
