RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to initiate inquiry against respondent No.3 under Section 51 of Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 for "misconducting" herself as a Sarpanch of village Roshanpur, Tehsil and District Ambala, Haryana and also for having illegal possession of family of respondent No.3 over the land/passage of the Gram Panchayat, as respondents No.1 and 2 have failed to initiate inquiry against respondent No.3 on the representations dated 01.05.2023, Annexure P-8, and 20.01.2023, Annexure P-9.
It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that representations, dated 01.05.2023 and 20.01.2023, Annexures P-8 and P-9, were filed but no decision has been taken by the respondents on the same till date.

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, to decide the representation, dated 20.01.2023, Annexure P-9, expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
