TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature under BCA (non-creamy later) category for the post of Assistant Professor (college cadre) against advertisement 51/2024.

Referring to the provisional result of Subject Knowledge Test of the petitioner, Annexure-A, learned counsel for the Commission submits that she has failed to secure the minimum qualifying thirty-five per cent marks in the Subject Knowledge Test and, therefore, is not entitled to participate in the selection process any further.

The said fact is not in dispute.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
