(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners from 01.10.2014 as services of similarly situated employees and juniors to petitioners have already been regularized from this date and to release all consequential benefits.

As per averments in writ petition, petitioners have already made representation dated 12.02.2018 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken so far.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Waqf Board, Ambala Cantt. to consider the representation dated 12.02.2018 (Annexure P-5) in terms of Annexure P-9 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners.
