(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for quashing office orders (Annexure P-5 and P-7) passed by respondent No.4 in an illegal manner whereby charge of NHM Account (User Fee) has wrongly been transferred from petitioner to one Sanjay Clerk, CHC, Puhana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.4-Senior Medical Officer Ash, Community Health Centre at Punhana, Haryana to decide the representation dated nil (Annexure P-8) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.

4-Senior Medical Officer Ash, Community Health Centre at Punhana, Haryana to decide the representation dated nil (Annexure P-8) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.4 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.11.

CWP No.31856 of 2019 (O&M) -2prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
