IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CR-6976-2019 Date of Decision: December 05, 2019 Sumita Sharma .....Petitioner
Versus
Naresh Kumar and others ......Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE NIRMALJIT KAUR
Present:
Mr.Vishal Munjal, Advocate for the petitioner.
........
NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The only argument raised by learned counsel for the petitioner while challenging the order dated 20.04.2019 is that in spite of the mother, an Advocate has been appointed as a Court guardian. The order dated 20.04.2019 is a self speaking order. In the facts and circumstances, the learned Judge has found the best way to safeguard the interest of the children concerned. No reason to set aside the well reasoned order passed by the Court, before which all the facts and record are available, is made out.
Dismissed.
