At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her. She, on instructions from Mr. Prabhu, Reader, Divisional Commissioner, Hisar, submits that no such revision petition was ever filed by the petitioner before the Divisional Commissioner; however, in case the petitioner now files any such revision within a period of one week from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the Revisional Authority, in accordance with law. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
